The Romantic road is about 350 km long, connecting more than two dozen South German towns, among them Rothenburg ob der Tauber is the best known and the most popular city. First part of the road from Würzburg to Augsburg is a medieval trade route. From Augsburg to Füssen the Romantic Road follows the military road "Via Claudia", built by the Romans in 47 AD, as a connection between Augsburg and Rome.
The main idea of Road 24 is to share our knowledge and experience from all roads we went through, visiting many different beautiful places in the world. In short time more interesting information will come such as stories, travel tips, maps, lots of photos, videos and much more.
